Pricing
As a community service organization we have a facility available for non-commercial use. The hall is 85 x 45 with a stage.
Saturday Rental: $600.00
Sunday or Friday Rental: $500.00
For Partial rental Monday through Thursday: $250.00 for the first four hours and $75.00 for each additional hour.
There is a $400.00 Security Deposit required when the contract is signed to hold the date. The rental fee is payable 30 days prior to the event. If the Facility is clean with no damage the $400.00 deposit will be refunded.
Set-up the night before after 5PM, if not rented: $100.00

It is $450 rental plus a $300 refundable deposit due

Is alcohol allowed at this location during a party,?
I believe you have to have a special permit to be allowed to and if you call Trevella at 301-898-3719 she can go over all of this with you and show you the hall if you would like to see it.
