As a community service organization we have a facility available for non-commercial use. The hall is 85 x 45 with a stage.
Saturday Security Deposit: $600.00
Saturday Rental: $750.00
Sunday – Friday Security Deposit: $400.00
Sunday – Friday Rental: $500.00
The responsible individual signing this agreement attests that they are over the age of 21 and will be present for the entire event. Key will only be given to this individual. The individual will provide a $1.000.000/1 day Certificate of Liability insurance naming Mt. Pleasant Ruritan Club as an additional insured. Any consumption of alcohol requires a Special Event Policy.

Is alcohol allowed at this location during a party,?
I believe you have to have a special permit to be allowed to and if you call Trevella at 301-898-3719 she can go over all of this with you and show you the hall if you would like to see it.
